  1. Day 1 Moshi Town to Machame Makoa (Mama Rosa Homestay)
    • Time on the Saddle: 5–7 hours
    • Distance: ~35 km
    • Terrain: 85% uphill on winding roads through Chagga villages
    • Route Highlights:
    • Start in Moshi Town (950m) and cycle to Mama Rosa Homestay (1200m).
    • Pass rivers, farms (coffee, bananas, yams), and bustling village centers.
    • Observe Chagga life, including children walking to school and locals working in their fields.
    • Visit Uduru Village’s public school in the afternoon to learn about Tanzania’s education system.
  2. Day 2 Machame Makoa to Uswaa (Mzee Kimaro Homestay)
    • Time on the Saddle: 3–4 hours
    • Distance: ~20 km
    • Terrain: Steep uphill to Machame Gate, then 90% downhill to Uswaa
    • Route Highlights:
    • Start at Mama Rosa Homestay (1200m) and end at Mzee Kimaro Homestay (1250m).
    • Visit Kalali Women Dairy Cooperative to learn about women empowerment and taste local dairy products.
    • On market days (Mondays & Thursdays), experience the vibrant Kalali market.
    • Enjoy a village walk and visit a Chagga bar to try traditional beer and interact with locals.
  3. Day 3 Uswaa to Kwasadala Market
    • Time on the Saddle: 3–4 hours
    • Distance: ~15 km
    • Terrain: Downhill cycling
    • Route Highlights:
    • Start at Mzee Kimaro Homestay (1250m) and cycle to Kwasadala Market (950m).
    • Pass through Masama Coffee Estate and see the giant tortoise (optional, extra fee).
    • End at Kwasadala Market, one of Tanzania’s largest food markets (Tuesdays & Saturdays).
    • Transfer back to Moshi by vehicle.

You have to be crazy about adventure tours to build a theme that displays the tours so elegantly that a person browsing the tours on site literally falls in love with place even before booking the tour.
